George Ford 82 years of Indianapolis, passed away Sat. Mar. 3, 2012. He was a Devout member of King Solomon Missionary Baptist Church. He was employed by Chrysler Corporation, retiring in 1977 after 30 + years of service. He is survived by, daughters; Paula J. Ford Battles, Lola Owens-Harris(Ricky) and Rebecca Owens, mother, Ceolia Mitchell, brothers; Willie Mitchell (Maxine), Raymond, Timothy Ford(Nicole), and Wayne D. Brown(Debbie), sisters; Amanda Davis, Betty Jean Beavens (Richard), Bernice Posey, Priscilla Ford, Anne Carter, Nettie Lamb,Linda White (Russell E.) and Yvonne Gilliam(Mark), 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held Sat. March 10, 2012 6:00 p.m. at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home 5252 E. 38th St.,with calling from 5 p.m. to service. Burial Floral Park Cemetery.
