George R. McQuade65, of Indianapolis died May 23, 2012 due to injuries he sustained from an automobile accident. George was born in Indianapolis to Harry and Lucy (Washburn)McQuade. George was a graduate of Cathedral High School and Marion College. He worked as a salesman for Recreation Unlimited for 20 years before retiring in 2011. George was a U.S. Army veteran, receiving 2 Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart during his tour of duty in Vietnam.He is survived by his loving wife, Terri Hiatt McQuade; his mother, Lucy Shuler; daughters, Jennifer (husband Richard) Bray, Jessica (husband Richard) Craig. He is also survived by two brothers, Ira and Sean McQuade; three sisters, Shelly McQuade, Teresa McQuade and Kelly Coulter and four grandchildren.Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with a Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Spirit Catholic Church at Geist, 10350 Glaser Way, Fishers, IN 46037.
