70, of Indianapolis, passed away September 16, 2012. He was born July 27, 1942 in Indianapolis to Leroy and Vernell (Hack) Lepper. Harley worked in construction most of his life. He was a real comedian and constantly sought ways to brighten people’s days through the medicine of laughter. He was always generous and attentive to helping children in need, often donating food and clothes to the less fortunate. He is survived by his sons, Bruce and Keith Cochran and brothers, Ronald Eugene, Charles Merlin, David Dean and Timothy Mark Lepper. Harley was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Hilda Louise Stephens Glasscock and Robert Joseph, Raymond Leroy, Randy Gordon, James Wilbur “Jimmy” and Gilbert Allen “Jocko” Lepper. A memorial service for Harley will be announced at a later date.
