Obituary of Harold Fred Bell
HAROLD FRED BELL was born in Nashville, Tennessee on February 2, 1932 to his loving parents, Fred Bell and Emma {Jones} Haley. HAROLD found the love of his life when he met Ester Mae Tuck. They were united in Holy Matrimony on October 22, 1960. HAROLD was employed as a school bus driver for North Central High School, retiring in 2006 after 30 years of dedicated service. HAROLD accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and enjoyed following in doing the Lord’s work. He was a member of Southern Harmonizer, which was a gospel group where he loved to sing. He loved singing and spreading the Word of God, and went on to become an Ordained Minister. He was a member of the Greater Love Temple Apostolic Church, where he enjoyed fellow shipping with church family. HAROLD enjoyed Karate, fishing and being a pilot. Most of all he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. MINISTER HAROLD FRED BELL went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 26, 2020. We were blessed to have shared in his life that span for 88 years, 8 months and 24 days. He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Bell; and mother, Emma Haley. HAROLD leaves precious memories to be cherished by his beloved wife, Ester Bell; sons, Gregory Tuck [stepson], Joseph Plummer, Darrion Bell, Harold Frederick Bell Jr. and Jerome Bell; daughters, LaTricia Bars, Jacqueline Sababu [stepdaughter], Joann Bell, Sharron Bell, Florence Bell, Floretta Hall, Lydia Bell and Cynthia Bell; cousins, Kale Walker Jr., Marvetta Grimes and Viola Clardy [cousin-in-law]; 37 grandchildren and 61 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, church family and friends. Funeral Service for Minister Harold Bell will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 12pm at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples Chapel, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218. Family will receive friends 10am until time of service at 12:00 pm, all taken place at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home.
