He was a high School graduate of Arsenal Tech in 1968. He was also a member of the Black Angels Motorcycle Club.
His father, Lonnie C. Taylor, mother, Lillian B. Covington- Boyd preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Mary K. Taylor of 26 years, daughters, Angela D. Taylor, Michelle M. Powell (Jessee), Danita J. Taylor, step-daughter, Monique Blincoe of Louisville, Kentucky, step-son, DeSean Elliott pf Louisville, Kentucky, brother, Fred Walker, 18 grandchildren, 7 grandchildren, Black Angel Motorcycle Club Family, host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2015, 10am- 12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12pm at Eastside Baptist Church. His burial will take place in Washington Park North Cemetery.
