He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Dorothy Jones Allen, son, Howard Allen, Jr., daughter, Marilyn Stokes, Brother, James Allen, sister, Maxine Cousins and a host of extended family and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2014, 2pm-3pm, with the homegoing Celebration commencing at 3pm at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel.
