87, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 4, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 62 years, Joyce; his children, Sharon (Terry) Sharp, Rosanna (Don) Scott, Patrick (Sherry) McCartney, Edward (Tammy) Randolph, Randall Randolph, and Tonya Randolph; 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 1 great- great grandchild; and his siblings, Paul and Shannon Randolph. He was preceded in death by his children, Howard Randolph Jr. and Tina Carter.
