64, died September 25, 2019. He was born June 17, 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended IPS #82 and graduated from Howe High School. He was raised in Indianapolis. He worked in construction in Florida before moving back home to Indianapolis. Howard is survived by his sister Barbara (Thomas) Lovell and nieces Emily Lovell and Bailey Gottschalk. He is preceded in death by his parents Merlin and Eva Reynolds Lyon. Howard will be remembered for his passion for fishing, boating and being outdoors. Services entrusted to Family Funeral Care.
