Jackie was born May 6, 1943 to the late Jack and Loretta Robinson.
Jackie was a loving woman and child of God. If you knew her you were family. Her door was always open and so was her heart. She was a hard worker from working on the farm when she was little, to waitressing, to driving a school bus for over 40 years with Wayne Township, and raising 3 children.
To know Jackie was to know Jesus and that's what she wanted...for everyone to know Jesus. She dedicated many years of driving a church bus and teaching BGG at Oak Park Baptist Church. Jackie was one of a kind that will be desperately missed by all who knew her. She is with Jesus and her family who has gone on before her in Heaven!
Jackie is survived by her loving daughter Tracey (Ken) Hardwick; her loving son Rusty (Dawn) Anderson; and her loving daughter Bobbie (Dan) Alexander; her loving sister Cindy Abner (Ron), her in laws: Joy Rupenthal, Steve Chitwood, and Dean Chitwood, as well as over thirty grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Jackie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 years Paul Chitwood; her loving sister Carolyn (Norm) Haus, her grandson Brian Hegwood, and her stepdaughter, Michelle Woodard.
A public visitation for Jackie will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
Jackie will be laid to rest in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, 734 N Morgantown Rd, Greenwood, Indiana 46142 immediately following her funeral service.
