James served in the United States Army and retired from the Indianapolis Water Company. He was also employed with the Discount Casket Store.
James was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his wives, Arnetta Dulin and Jeanie Brown Dulin, parents and two brothers.
James leaves to cherish his memory, children: James Dulin, Jr, William Dulin and Latonya Brown Dulin Taylor; grandchildren: Philly Alexander, Jr., William Alexander, I, Tanika Alexander, William Alexander, II, Terry Alexander, Donika Fitch, LaParis Alexander, James Alexander, LaTia Dulin, Xavier Alexander, Sherri Alexander and James Dulin, III and host of extended family and friends.
His service will take place Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 11am at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel.
