82, passed Sept. 12, 2015. He was born in Burkesville, KY to the late William and Edith Finley.
Jack retired from Allison’s Transmission where he was a tool & die maker for over 37 years. He also proudly served his country in the Army in the Korean War.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Lavell Finley; children Sunda Finley and Stacy Finley; step-children Linda (John) Shepherd, and Roger (Kerry) Mayes; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; a great great grandson; sister Jean Pierce and brother Bill Finley. He was preceded in death by his son Tony Finley.
Jack was very handy and always loved to help others. He enjoyed card games with family and friends and his smile could brighten anyone days.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday Sept. 15th from 4:00-8:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home Stop 11 Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Wed. Sept. 16th at 10:30AM in the Funeral Home. Burial; Washington Park East.
