Jay enjoyed working in his yard, fishing, and his grandchildren. He was a wonderful husband and loving father. Jay married the love of his life Belinda Pendleton and they were married for 29 wonderful years.
He is survived by his wife, Belinda, children, Justin Franklin, and Nicole Bischoff (Michael), grandchildren, Brooke, Jessie, and Jordin, his mother, Carolyn Spence, and five siblings, Jonny (Cada), Jerry, James, Jarrell (Carmen), and Janis Luksic, in-laws, Harold (Donna) Pendleton, Rebecca (William) Urbancik, Cynthia Martin, and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John, and his son Jessie Franklin.
Visitation will be held on Monday April 11, 2011 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the Crown Hill Funeral Home Chapel with services to be held on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M.
