73, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 1, 2019. Joan loved her flowers and veggie gardens, loved spending time with family and enjoyed her country music!
Joan was preceded in death by her loving husband, Terrell Conner and 6 siblings.
She is survived by her children, Johnny Conner, Vivian Burton and Jessica Conner along with 5 siblings.
Visitation will be held at Family Funeral Care on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 11:00am-1:00pm. Funeral Services will follow in the Funeral Home at 1:00pm. Entombment will be at Washington Park North Cemetery.
