76, passed away January 21, 2017. She was born in Chicago, IL to the late Floyd and Delores Culbertson.
Jocelyn was a bookkeeper for Lawyers Title Insurance Company and member of the First Baptist Church of Beech Grove.
She is survived by her son Michael Higgins; grandchildren Douglas, Rachel, Ruth, and David; and brother Richard and Robert Culbertson. Jocelyn was preceded in death by her husband Albert Higgins; daughter Teresa Hammond and sister Kathleen Potter.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday Feb. 4th at 2:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home 4901 E. Stop 11 Rd. Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 with visitation from 1:00 Pm until time of service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Franciscan Hospice House.
