He leaves to cherish his memory, sons, Joe Louis Brown III, Jordan Lee Brown, daughter, Kenya Brown, brothers, Thaddeaus Brown (Teresa ), Rodney Brown (Debra) and a host of extended family and friends.
His visitation will take place on Friday, February 28, 2014, 9am-11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. His burial will take place in Washington Park North Cemetery.
