Joe Calvin Watkins 86 of Indianapolis passed away on January 11, 2011. Services will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2011, 11 A.M. at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home - Peoples Chapel, 5252 East 38th Street. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9 a.M. until the time of service. Burial in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
