John B. Harper, Jr. 75 of Indianapolis, passed away Tues. Jan. 1, 2013. He was employed for 40 years at SAAB retiring in 2008. He was a member of the Sons of American Legion (S.A.L.), Tillman H. Harpole Post #249. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.B. and Mary Williams Harper; wife, Ollie Harper; brothers, Arthur Harper and Jesse James, Jr.;sister, Mary Frances Joyner; and son in law, Jose' Falcon. He is survived by sons, Earnest Freeman, Felix (Angela) and Simeon Felix; daughters, Aldreana Hampton-Falcon and Cheryl James (Timel); 23 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; brothers, Willie and Leon Harper; sister in law, Jean Harper; special "Support Team" friends, Andrew Thornton, Avis Knight, Cheryl Davis and Raymond Neeb; and a host of stepchildren, nieces, nephews, cousin and other family members.
Funeral Service will be held Tues. Jan. 8, 2013 1:00 p.m. at Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church, 3505 E. 38th. St. with calling from 12:00 p.m. to Service. Arrangements Entrusted to Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home 5252 East 38th. Street.
