He leaves to cherish his memory, sons, Frank Rayner Jr, Mitchell Rayner (Elizabeth), Anthony Shaw, Willie Shaw, daughters, Pamela A. Rayner, LaToshia S. Shaw, host of brothers and sisters, and a host of extended family and friends.
His visitation will take place on Monday, April 28, 2014, 9am- 11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. His burial will take place in Crown Hill Cemetery.
