John Wayne Woodcock, Sr.

John W. Woodcock, Sr., 77, of Indianapolis, passed away January 24, 2020. John was born in Louisville, Kentucky the son of the late William G. and Hallie D. (Sowders) Woodcock. He retired from Tompkins Industry in 2004 where he was a Tool & Die Repairman. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Gobel and Chris Woodcock; and his sisters, Joyce Goodlet and Dorothy Cooksey. John is survived by his wife, Sue (Jackson) Woodcock; children, John W. Woodcock, Jr., Rita Parker, Tracy Graham and Donna Graham and her husband Paul; his brother, Paul Woodcock and a sister, Carol Woodcock; brother-in-law, Bob Goodlet; sister-in-law, Betty Woodcock; grandchildren, Brandon, Jami, Nikol, Greggory, Shelby, Donovan, Jacob, Samantha, Alaina, Dustin and Shayne; 12 great-grandchildren also survive. Memorial services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, January 27, 2020 at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, 1307 N. Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis, IN. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the service time at Noon.
