The family of Johnnie Lee Tinker III, will be present for visitation, Thursday, February 25, 2021, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
