Jordan Alexander Wilson was born August 30, 1994, to Angela (Wooden) McNary and Yaaqob Wilson in Indianapolis, IN. He was co-parented by Angela, Yaaqob and Rodney McNary, Jordan's stepfather. Between the 3 people who loved him dearly, and his twin brother, Jalen Wilson led a life that helped them become awesome young men. As kids they were inseparable. They always had to be in each other's "eye-view" or they were going to have a problem. As they grew older, they learned to live independent lives and became even closer as they always looked out for one another.
Jordan was an old soul who was really into music. His mom was amazed at how early he started appreciating old school music as a kid. He also got involved in sports playing basketball and football in the Washington Township School District. The friends he made were still in his life. Whether it was basketball, football, or hanging out, he always made lasting friendships.
After attending Indiana State University, Jordan became employed with Jimmy Johns--eventually becoming Assistant Manager. Just like Jordan, he continued making lifetime friends that felt like family.
The spirit of family just seemed to be a part of Jordan's DNA. He later became "Uncle J-Will" to 3 little girls named Zola, Zazi and Zigi born to his childhood friend, Collin Bridgeforth and his wife, Emily. They became his 2nd family.
As Jordan led a full and joyous life, God called upon his service in his kingdom, on Sunday, September 20, 2026.
