Joseph Michael Hazelwood, age 82, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023.
A visitation for Joseph will be held Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN 46208, followed by a memorial gathering at 1:00 PM.
