I first met Joe while he was associated with John Biddinger in 2004. I invited Joe to join the Board of Directors of Thomas & Skinner, Inc. He served as a faithful director and consultant to T&S for 15 years. In addition he became a very close personal friend and terrific encourager. He will be sadly missed. To Joe:

I met Joe when I joined Financial Executives International [FEI] in Jan 1981, Indianapolis Chapter. As CFO at Blue Cross he did me/a small company in No Vernon a big favor by just following through on a situation. We hit it off well & he mentored me somewhat through our monthly meetings, usually choosing to be seated next to each other. This continued after he left Blue Shield & into his consulting [I was a resource to him 2-3 times] & retirement. We served on the BOD for FEI twice and I considered him a valued friend. My condolences to the family. Joe Brower
