Riggins, father, Otis Riggins, mother, Anita Riggins, brothers, Otis Riggins III, Jesmond Riggins, Brandon Riggins, sisters, Tanyia Santos, Jasmine Green, Junae Riggins, LaShay Moss, Shane Penney, Keshia Teague, host of other relatives and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2015, 9am- 11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
