Josie L Jackson

Josie was born Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana to William and Joyce Jackson on August 27, 1974. She attended high school at Decatur Central in Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated from Harrison College located in Indianapolis, Indiana. She worked as at Indiana Department of Workforce Development. She was involved in her church. She wrote a book titled You Belong to Me.

Josie is preceded in death by her father William Lee Jackson and her brother Walter Lavern McGee.

Josie is survived by her son Tyler JaRome Jackson, her brother Tony Jackson and three sisters, Angee Jackson, Louella Jackson, Joyce (Everette) Hudson. Her mother Joyce Mae Jackson. She also leaves behind two nephews Everette Tre’Vonne (LaDaysha)Hudson Kavin Hudson and one niece Deja Marie Hudson, one great nephew Everette Tre’Vonne Hudson Jr. and a host of family and friends.

Visitation, will be 10:00 am to 12:30 pm Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Crown Hill Funeral Home

Funeral services will be held 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm Thursday January 21, 2021 at Crown Hill Funeral Home with the Pastor Walker, officiating.
