Joyce worked for the Indiana School for the Deaf and Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation Services for many years.
Joyce is survived by her siblings, Martha (David) Fisk and Gary Conner; 2 nephews and 3 nieces.
Joyce was preceded in passing by her parents.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at Feeney Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, 1307 N. Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46219. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm also at the mortuary.
Joyce will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
