Service for Joyce will be held, 5:00 pm, Friday, December 4, 2020, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation from 4:00 pm, until time of service at 5:00 pm, all taken place at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home.
