Judith K. Harris

Judith attended Indianapolis Public School #43 and graduated from Crispus Attucks High School in 1974. While in high school, she was a majorette for the marching band and a memeber of the design club.

Judith professed her faith in Jesus Christ at an early age. She was a member of New Life Worship Center.

Judith was employed at IU Health Methodist Hospital for 30 years as a surgical instrument technician. She enjoyed her job and the people she worked with. She also worked at Indiana National Bank and L.S. Ayres for many years.

Judith loved her family and friends. She liked to help people and loved children. She would always have a listening ear and liked to make you laugh.

Judith was previously married to Dean Harris.

Judith is survived by her daughter Lisa Smith, son Joseph Harris, granddaughter Mallory Harris and grandson Xander Harris, brothers Roy E. Smith Jr., Harold (Ava) Smith, Anthony Smith, Rodney (Regina) Smith, sisters Marlene Smith, Marjorie (Steve) Poole, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and friends.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents, Roy E. Smith Sr., Eveyln J. Smith and brother David L. Smith.
