Her husband, father, Walter Skaggs, brothers, Donald Skaggs, George Skaggs, Robert Lee Skaggs, Chuck Skaggs, Johnny Skaggs, Alvin Skaggs, David Kajser, sister, Ann Fields preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, son, Thomas L. Skaggs, daughter, Lisa A. Jones, mother, Anna Anderson, brother, Thomas J. Skaggs, sisters, Ida Mae Whitney, Ella Marie Skaggs, 6 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Her visitation will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2015, 10am- 12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12pm at Pleasant Union Missionary Baptist Church. Her burial will take place in Floral Park Cemetery.
