

Judy was born in Clanton, Alabama on 5 December 1943. Her mother was Laura Mabry and Stepfather, Willie Mabry. She went to elementary school in Clanton, AL and high school and some college in Clarksville, TN. She married James Moore on 20 February in 1996 in Indianapolis, IN. She worked as a daycare preschool teacher for Auntie Manes Child development center on Emerson Avenue for many years. She was also involved in community service and attended church at Church of Christ in Clarksville Tennessee.
Judy Moore is preceded in death by James Moore and her first husband, Edward S. Richardson.
Judy is survived by three Children, Serena and Rodney L. Edmond, Edward S. Richardson, and Cindi Vives. Five brothers and sisters to include: Larry and Evelyn Mabry, O’Neal and Pam Mabry, Ellenette Brown, and her husband Frank, Desma Mabry, Greg and Wendy Mabry, and a host of nieces and nephews to include Tiquana, Carla, Billy, Ashley, Holly, Lory, Arvalon (Missy) Harleston and John (Chico) Harleston. Grandchildren include Christopher M. Richardson Sr., and Sheria Vives. Great grandchildren include Tiffany, Destiny, Javier, Christopher M. Jr., Trinity, Carter and Ji’Miyah.
Visitation will be from 11:00 to 1:00 P.M on Friday, 6 February at Crown Hill Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00, Friday 6 February at Crown Hill Funeral Home with Crown Hill staff officiating. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. All arrangements are being made by Crown Hill Funeral Home.
Reception and food will be served immediately afterwards at Crown Hill Funeral Home Reception Hall. The family of Judy D. Moore wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Community North Hospital and Clear Vista Assisted Living Health Campus.
