Julie Ann Wilson-Halcomb

57, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022. Julie was born January 31, 1965 the daughter of Charles Michael Wilson and Millard Dale Weldon, Sr. and Marilyn Sue Weldon.

Julie is survived by her sons: Josh and Justin Downey, mother: Marilyn Sue Weldon, sister: Kellie Sue Wilson (JD Muench), and grandchildren: Josh & Delila Downey, Lily & Zoe Dean. She is preceded in death by her children: Jessica Downey and Joseph Downey, her fathers: Charles Michael Wilson, Millard Dale Weldon, Sr., and brothers: Millard Dale Weldon, Jr. and David Wilson.

Julie was very compassionate and became a nurse to help with the care of her brother who had M.D. David Wilson.

She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

A visitation for Julie will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224. A celebration of life will occur Monday, July 25, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West.

Julie will be laid to rest in Floral Park Cemetery, 425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222.
