Justice Holmes Weaver was born on March the 23rd 1932 in Mansfield OH. To the union of John Weaver and Leona Spence-Weaver. He was called home on December the 23rd 2020. As a student justice fulfilled his academic Mansfield Senior High School class of 1950

At a young age justice accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior his early Christian training began at temple of Faith Church of God also in Mansfield Ohio. justice was known to encourage everyone he embraced.

Upon completing his academic requirements through the Mansfield public system justice chose to serve his country is a public servant in an enlisted into the United States army where he successfully served in the Korean War is a result of his commitment justice Weaver was awarded a honorable discharge being family oriented, justice returned home to Mansfield to provide his limited support and assistance to his family the entire family always recognized him as his gracious accountability on October the 16th 1961 justice was joined in marriage with Ruby Black to this union the two children were born Robert and Sharon.

The family moved to Chicago and stayed until 1972 when Justice got a job working for Coke Coca Bottling Company in Indianapolis Indiana. Where he worked for 21 years

Justice was a loving son devoted brother of faithful husband a caring father a kind and awesome Grandfather and great-grandfather brother-in-law a cousin and uncle a dear friend his sense of humor formed a character love and concern about his family will be missed. Justice H Weaver was preceded in death by his parents his stepmother his wife his son (Robert) and four sisters, two brothers two nieces and four nephews and a sister-in-law.

Our family patriarch leaves to cherish his memory his son Anthony Cowan (Verda); Daughter Sharon Weaver- Bradley; Grandchildren: LaShawn Weaver, Dawn Weaver, Justin Weaver, Kendra Haper; great-grandchildren: Monica Weaver, Nasjae Wells, Cincere Wells, Jonas Wells, Robert Weaver; Justice T. Weaver and Bailie R Haper and a host of Family and friends.

I appreciate him greatly, as an uncle that welcomed me in their home when I moved to Indianapolis. He was a wonderful man. He’s with Aunt Ruby now. Rest well.

We certainly will miss our exceptional Great Uncle, Justice H. Weaver. Like Barack Obama, he had swagger; in comparison to the TV Anchor, Lester Holt; Uncle Justice always stayed in touch with his family worldwide.
