Keith is survived by his beloved wife, Shawna Renee Johnson-Terrell: mother, Elizabeth Barnes; son, KeiShawn Terrell; daughters, Tamyiah Terrell and Kiyah Terrell; sisters, LaShawn Terrell and Denise Williams a host of other relatives and cherished friends.
