Keith J. Woodard, MD 42, Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2008. He was born May 24, 1966 in Jeffersonville IN, the eldest child of Aljean and Jean Woodard. Dr. Woodard was an Anesthesiologist currently practicing at Witham Hospital in Lebanon, IN. He was a 1984 graduate of North Central High School and continued his education at IU and IU School of Medicine. He enjoyed music and keeping physically fit. His mother Jean Woodard; sisters Kenidra and Karri Woodard; nephews Karlton and KarRon Woodard; adopted bothers Karl Frederiksen and Todd Nailon survive him.
