

Kenneth Eugene Walker was born on December 8, 1951, in Jonben, West Virginia, to James and Delilah Walker. He attended Riverside School 44 and Crispus Attucks High School. For many years, Kenneth dedicated himself to working at Papa Joes Restaurant and was known for his friendly demeanor.
He was also a talented handyman, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Kenneth had a deep passion for fishing and a great love for music. You could always find him dancing and singing along to Toni Braxton’s “Seven Whole Days” song. His joy was infectious to those around him. He cherished every moment spent with family and friends, his presence was a source of warmth and laughter.
Kenneth’s life was rich with love and family. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother Delilah Walker, father James Walker, sister Cheryl Walker, and his longtime partner Fredricka Bush.
Kenneth leaves behind a close-knit family, including his brother James Walker and sisters, Alice Walker,
Rosetta Drake, and Ann Roper (Tommy). His legacy continues through his daughters, Ladonna Raye,
Acacia Walker, Marisha Thurman, Kenielle Williams Ivy Walker and Courtney Walkers, sons, Keith
Anthony, Damon Walker, Kenneth “Kenny Kixx” Walker, Joel Williams II, and Kenneth Walker Jr., numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Kenneth will be truly missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46208, followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:00 PM.
