55, passed away on Dec.9, 2016.
He was an Air Force veteran, an avid fisherman, and a graduate of Roncalli High School. Kevin is survived by children Paul (Brittney) Carter and Michelle Kueffer, two grandchildren, his mother, Bridget Carter, and his siblings Steve (Julie), Debbie (Greg) Perkins, John (Sandy), Barb (Kerry) Axum, Brian (Jama), Mark, and Lisa (Sean) Garber as well as 20 nieces and nephews and 29 great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Carter, his sister, Teresa Carter, and his nephew Jeff Perkins. In lieu of flowers, extend a kindness to your families and pay if forward. Visitation will take place on December 23rd from 1:00-3:30 with the service at 3:30 at Little and Sons Funeral Home, 4901 East Stop 11 Road in Indianapolis.
