Kimberly Jean Faulk-Simone, age 45, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Kimberly was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Rick and Gloria Faulk. Kim was an LPN and a lifetime Auxiliary member of the VFW. She was preceded in death by her father Rick and her brother Brett.
She is survived by her mother Gloria; siblings; Amy (Glenn) McSchooler, Ricky (Stephanie) Faulk, Angie Faulk; 2 stepdaughters, many nieces and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m at Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery.
