She was an graduate of Morris Brown College, Atlanta, Georgia. She was also graduating from IU School of Nursing.
She leaves to cherish her memory, son, Christian Arberry "Greedy" father, Curtis Bell, mother, Beverly Russell, brothers, Melvin Spells, Anton Holland, sisters, Crystal Russell, Shaneka Russell, grandmother, Erma Barnes, aunt, Barbara Holland, Sandra Dotson, uncle, Michael Russell, Charles Staples Sr, niece, Leah Holland "Mom", nephews, Christopher Bell "Harry", Jayden Russell "DAD", LaTrell Johnson "Harley", Special Friend, Lewis Bledsoe, host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
LaKesia's visitation will take place on Thursday, May 7, 2015, 11am-1pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 1pm at Good Samaritan Baptist Church. Her burial will take place in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
