Lester Kevin Richardson, age 70, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 31, 2026. Lester was born March 20, 1956, in Trafalgar, Indiana, to the late Wendell and Hazel (Jeffers) Richardson. Lester was a member of Garfield Christian Church and was a Metrologist with Caterpillar Equipment. Lester loved to fish and loved tinkering with lawn equipment and building things. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Perry Richardson; and his step-son, Joshua Jaquess.
Lester is survived by his wife, Susan (Schulte) Richardson; his son, Kevin Richardson; step-sons, Todd Doty (Carla), Terry Doty (Susie),
Michael Reynolds (Jill); his daughter-in-law, Andrea Reynolds; 13 grandchildren, Robbie, Samantha, Zachary, Melissa, Megan, Jordan, Dawlton, Caleb, Randi Lynn, Sheridan, Aiden and Little Jordan; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 East Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237, US, on August 6, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 East Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237, US, on August 7, 2026, at 10:00 am.
Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery - Washington Park Cemetery Association, 10612 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN.
