

Linda was born in Indianapolis, IN to Laverne Roberts Moore on June 4, and grew up in her adolescent years on the west side of Indianapolis. She attended school at Ben Davis. Linda was married at her time of death to Ken Begley. She worked very hard most of her life, by raising her four children, or outside of the home with the families cleaning and lawn businesses, or an Allstate Insurance Agent, and as an Avon Representative in the Presidents Club.
She was an amazing Poet with 3 published books of poetry and was honored in Washington, D.C. for her poetic achievements. She was also on the Established Pastor Ministering to the Masses. She loved the Lord and her family. She was a faithful supporter of many Goodwill organizations, such as Wounded Warriors, St. Jude, Autism Speaks, and Supported the SBN Media Church.
Linda is preceded in death by her sister: Vickie Whitehead, sister-in-law: Stephanie Ping, brothers: Albert Ping, recently her brother David Ping, Victoria Ping Valdez, her loving niece and her nephew Christopher Ping.
Linda is survived by her husband Ken Begley, her sons: Kenneth Lee Begley, Joseph Ray Begley, Shawndale Begley, and Elvis Presley Begley who she all loved dearly. Her brothers: Phillip Ping, Tim Strickland, Richard Ping, daughters-in-law: Teresa Begley and Michelle Begley, daughter-in-love Jamie Bellinger, sisters-in-law: Beverly Ping, Brenda Stanley Ping, She is also survived by her grandchildren: Megan Begley and Jordon Martin, Mariah Begley, Brandon Begley, Joseph Begley II, Kaitlin Begley, Donivan Begley, Christian Begley, Christina & Tommy Hitchcock, Christopher & Mandy Parient, and Tiffany Jordan, her great grandchildren: Cheyenne Hitchcock, Mara Todd, Larry Todd II, Koda Graff, Carson Begley and Jimmy Parient.
Funeral Services are being handled by Crown Hill Funeral Home, with Phillip Ping officiating.
Memorials may be given to American Cancer Society in her name: Linda Sue Begley. Our family would like to extend our sincere thanks to her caregivers from Elera Caring: Miss Stewart, Miss Denise, and Special thanks to Christine Hedges, her best friend and kindred spirit.
