Linda Sue Moeller, age 62, of Plainfield, Indiana passed away on Monday, October 12, 2020. Linda was born on December 29, 1957 in Beech Grove, Indiana to Emil and Mary (Ramer) Moeller. Linda was an avid reader and passionate about animals, from cats to horses and everything in between with the exception of Holstein bulls. Linda spent much of her time creating and caring for beautiful flowers and gardens. She focused on improving the quality of life for animals less fortunate and was well known to give a stray pet a forever home. She was also well known for her contagious laugh and goofy faces. Linda was raised on Wildwood Farm and spent much of her life in Indianapolis, Indiana. Linda was the primary caregiver for her aging parents and managed their daily affairs giving them the opportunity to stay in their home. Linda was a volunteer at Brown County Humane Society. She developed a program for assisting local animals; identifying the abused, providing extra supplies, assisted in the spay and neutering, and regularly fundraised for the Humane Society. A visitation will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, October 20 at 11:00am also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. John Lutheran Cemetery in Indianapolis. Linda is survived by her siblings, Emil C. (Carol) Moeller Jr. "Moe" and Donna K. (Keith) Voris. Nephews, Eric (Beth) and Chris (Lisa) and nieces, Tracy and Erin (Justin). Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Emil "Pop" and Mary Moeller. Contributions in Linda's memory may be made by mail to Brown County Humane Society, PO Box 746, Nashville, IN 47448.

I am so glad that we got to spend time playing games with Linda on Nw Year’s Eve last year. It was so nice seeing her face light up when she guessed the right answer or when she was drawing the pictures as well as her plentiful refills of “Jack”, even if they were just a few sips.
