Linda was born in Indianapolis to Wayne and Margaret Knotts on August 23, 1948. She married Rick Staley on August 14, 1971, in Indianapolis. She worked as an accountant for Heritage Environmental for 50 years. She was involved in Southside Corvette Club.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Wayne Knotts.
She is survived by her loving husband, Rick Staley; daughter, Amanda Staley; siblings: Larry Knotts, Gary Knotts, Terry Knotts; and her granddaughter, Victoria Staley, and great-granddaughter, Emery Anne Staley.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
