88, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 27, 2015.
Lucion was born in Greensburg, Kentucky to Jim Rube Milby and Virgie Alice Milby. He served in the United States Army and was a life long member and former Worshipful Master of Masonic Lodge #669.
Lucion will be dearly missed by his wife of 68 years, Marjorie; his children Kay (Richard) Miles and Barry (Michelle) Milby; his grandchildren, Todd, Chad and Melissa; 7 great grandchildren; his brothers, Ronny, Charles, and Alton and his sister, Adelle Martin.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Alice Milby; his daughter, Mardonna Ball; and his brothers, Theodore, Thurman, Clell and Alfred Milby.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 4 to 7pm with funeral services on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 11am in Family Funeral Care. Burial in West Newton Cemetery. www.familyfuneralcareindy.com
