Margaret Anne Walsh Vannoy

72, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 10, 2015. She was born May 10, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Mary (O’Brien) and Timothy Walsh. Margaret was employed for 26 years with Central Supply Co. as an administrative assistant before retiring in 2008. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and a former member of St. Simon Catholic Church. Margaret is survived by her children, Rick, Kevin (Jackie), Steve (Kate) Vannoy, Kathy (Gary) Halter, Teri (Darin) Ward; grandchildren, Mitchell and Owen Vannoy; Haley and Joshua Vannoy; Courtney, Tyler and Emma Halter; Will and Karen Vannoy; Ali and Marissa Ward; sister, Mary Kay (Jerry) Gill; brother, Joseph (Annette) Walsh and sister-in-law, Marjorie Walsh. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Vannoy; daughter, Karen Vannoy and a brother, James Walsh. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 15th, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, December 16th, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Jude Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior to Mass. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
