Sorry to hear about your Mom. I remember meeting her in St. Louis, when we made our trip. She was a great woman and is an inspiration to all about staying active regardless of age. When both parents are gone it puts us on the front lines. A big reality check.

Dear Paula & family, I'm so sorry for your loss.  Your mother was so sweet to the Bloemker crowd after school & we were a rowdy crowd at times.  Marian will be missed & remembered fondly.

Hi Paula, I was very sorry to hear about your mom's passing.  I worked with her at Bloemker's for about 3 years and she was always so sweet to me. Although a co-employee, it was very uncomfortable for me to call her by her first name.  When you started working and called her 'mom', I picked that up and from then on she was 'mom' to me.  It felt much more commfortable calling her that! She was a very nice person and always had a smile for everyone. I loved the pictures of her and your family.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I don't think I ever saw your mom without a smile on her face...maybe it was because everytime I saw her, she was with you...

Paula, Marvin, Bryan & family, Jerry and I send our condolences.  Marian was an inspiration to us as she was so full of life and always keep busy with her many activities.  I enjoyed going out with her to ihop restaurant where she would order crisp bacon & pancakes.  She was always smiling and had a positive attitude.  She will be greatly missed.

Our condolences to the family. Mrs. Grote was always a joy to see in our Sunday School class and worship services. She was an such inspiration with her warm smile and gentle ways - our sister in Christ,

Mom they say the best compliment one can make of another is to say "they made a difference in my life", and that is something I personally can say about you.  Mom you adjusted when Dad passed on, you adjusted at St. Patrick's, and you adjusted at Green Park Terrace, and then at CCV, and you will adjust again in your new place...because Dad will be there with you.

Paula, Bryan and family, my heartfelt condolences on losing such an amazing women.  Aunt Marian was so much fun and full of life.  She was always smiling and laughing and as a kid I loved listening to her stories.  I'll always remember her with a long neck in her hand and dancing up at Grandma Adele and Grandpa Allen club house.  Hopefully she is dancing with Uncle Paul right now. Mom, it was my pleasure to help you the last few years of your life.  All I did was to 'return the favor'.  You showed me such grace and never got upset at me, even when I was short with you.  I know that I know that you loved me, and you knew that I loved you.  We always teased that you were "my favorite Mother".  And that I was your "favorite daughter".  I will see you someday in heaven, Mom.
