
Martha A. James, 77, Indianapolis, passed away on December 16, 2015. She was a member of Believers of the Word.She was a volunteer at Wildwood N.H. and an active member of RAFEW. For over 30 years she was the First Lady at Believers of the Word and various other ministries. Long time member of Calvary Temple and also served in the Hospitality Ministry. She was also an avid antique shopper, also bought and sold antiques and performing various household duties.Her father, Glover Gregory, mother, Edna Breckenridge preceded her in death.She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Elder Alonzo James Jr, sons, Calvin James, Frank James, Antonio James, Timothy James , Alonzo James III (LaShauna), daughters, Faith L. Watkins (Autry), Christy L. Jenkins (Keith A. Sr.), brothers, Thomas Gregory, Kenneth Gregory (Bertha), sisters, Fannie L. Polk, 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, host of other relatives and friends.Her visitation will be on Saturday, December 19, 2015, 11am-12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12pm at Eastside Missionary Baptist Church. Her burial will take place in Washington Park North Cemetery.
