She was 1st Lady at Womack CME. She was a florist at Flower Hut, on the Missionary Board, Usher Board and was on the Kitchen (Hospitality) Board.
Her father, Olice Brown, mother, Flossie Smith Brown, husband, Rev. Willie D. Copeland, sisters, Agnes Ware, Mattie Reynolds, Della Northington, Ella Jones preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, nieces, Brenda Lewis, Linda R. Artis (Andre), nephew, Donald Tutt, host of great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Her visitation will take place on Friday, January 16, 2015, 6pm- 8pm, with another visitation taking place on January 17, 2015, 10am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at Womack CME Church. Her burial will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery.
