It was a privilege to know Mike for these past 16yrs working the HVAC business. I first met Mike when I first started at ARS. But most working with him these past 5yrs here at Chapman. I will miss our talks, your stories about your trips with Jill. Your walks with your doggies, our elbow high fives! But most of all Mike we will all miss seeing you here in the office and being the best teacher and mentor to all the guys and gals! You would always come into the office with a smile on your face no matter what. Rest easy my friend and see you again one day in heaven.

Mike was a very special mentor to me during a portion of my hvac career. Having lost my father when i was 29, i looked up to him as a father figure type of mentor. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of life. He was very well liked by all that knew him. I always enjoyed talking to him very much. He was a very gracious and humble gentleman. I love you Mike and really miss you already. My prayers go out to Jill to give her strength, Jasen

I had the privilege to work with Mike over the last five years of his career, never have I seen a man more dedicated to fulfilling his role of helping others. It was an honor and a privilege to have been associated with him. Throughout his long battle he was always upbeat, positive and faithful. He will be greatly missed.
