Mother Joyce Anne Phillips, 77, Indianapolis, transitioned from labor to reward on the afternoon of January 20, 2017. Mother Phillips was a member of Mt. Zion Apostolic Church where she was a member of the Mother's Board. Mother Phillips also entered Ivy Tech State College as a student at the age of 72. She had also been a Dietary Manager for various Nursing & Rehabilitation facilities in the Indianapolis area.She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, children: Christopher Anthony Harper, Franchesca B. Wright (Reginald) and Nicole Holmes; siblings: Jay T. Jackson and Rosemary Crowe; 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a host of extended family, friends and Church family. The visitation is Monday, January 30, 2017, 11am - 12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration at 12pm in Mt. Zion Apostolic Church. The interment is in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
