James Conrad Criss 70 of Indianapolis passed away with his wife at his side on April 21, 2010 after a four and a half month illness. James was born in Martinsville, Indiana on July 17, 1939, the son of the late Jesse and Mildred Criss. He earned his Masters Degree from St. Francis University, Ft. Wayne, IN and his Bachelors from Indiana University. He was a Management Systems Analyst at Inland Container Corp. for 18 years. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was the loving husband of Vi (Trisler) Criss, whom he married February 15, 1964. He was a wonderful father to Jon Criss, Attorney at Law, and Erika Cornett, MD and the grandfather of Megan Elizabeth Cornett and David Conrad Cornett. Memorial Services for the immediate family will be held Friday May 7, 2010. Inurnment will be in the Abbey Garden of Crown Hill Cemetery.
